Great location

TV didn’t work good

Everyone was very accommodating, special shout out to Koky with security he really took care of us on the beach, got us set up with drinks and seating. Really impressed with how he went out of his way to treat guests

Loved the view of beach from the bar/restaurant that made delocioudrinks, specially the key lime martinis. In the room, enjoyed sitting out at the balcony.

Beautiful hotel with a gorgeous beach! The staff were all helpful and friendly, especially Stephanie, Adam and Asheka who went above and beyond. We especially loved the key lime martinis and Florida Cobb Salad in the Four Marlins Restaurant.

It was a pleasant vacation. The pool could’ve been a bit more cleaner. The sand and sea store was out of croissants the entire time we were there. How hard is it to go and get some croissants?? Staff were friendly. Statues were creepy ….Overall, it was pretty good vacation. Would recommend it.

The room is okay. The streaming does not work so no netflix. Surprisingly we had better tv at the home2 suites in Homestead than a much more expensive property in Key West. I do not think the room is worth the price.

Outstanding service every single time. Rianna is a true professional, kind, and incredibly detail oriented. She truly pays attention always has a big smile and you can tell she loves what she does because she treats us like family instead of just a guest. This time she recommended us to try the key lime pie at the four marlins restaurant, she was right, Best Keylime pie I ever had!! We ended it up going to the four Marlins a couple times, Love the lobster mac & cheese the great service along with the exceptional food we had each time. She makes every stay feel special and personal, and it’s the reason we keep coming back. The hotel is lucky to have her!

We had the best experience at The Reach. The rooms were clean and updated, the staff was incredible and the pool was wonderful. Above all, the beach at The Reach is hands down the best beach in Key West. If you are heading to Key West for a “beach” vacation, staying at The Reach is a must!

The Reach is a beautiful hotel with a gorgeous private beach. Our room had spectacular views of the grounds and the ocean. We enjoyed lunch at the oceanfront outdoor restaurant. We also enjoyed using the amenities at Casa Marina (pool, Beach, fire pits, restaurant) You get the best of both worlds staying at The Reach because the rooms are much nicer than at Casa Marina, but you can still use the amenities at both hotels. Thank you to Susan at the front desk for making our stay memorable.
