The Reach Key West, Curio Collection by Hilton

While I did not stay at The Reach, as a guest at the Casa Maria I was able to use all of the facilities there. It is a charming boutique hotel. The beach was quiet and relaxing, not to mention the view. I also enjoyed the pool and it was heartwarming to see the families making fun memories. I would be remiss if I left this review without mentioning the very best Happy Hour at the outside bar. From 3:30-5:30 there are great food and drink specials. My favorites were their white sangria and the lobster sliders. All of this was made even better by the attentive and friendly staff. Can’t wait till my next visit. Thank you Hilton.

We love everything about The Reach - very pleasant staff, rooms are beautiful and well appointed, their restaurant- The Four Marlins offers something for everyone and it is always super fresh food. The lounge and restaurant offer outdoor seating and the view is majestic. There are few hotels that offer such a beautiful beach. Already looking forward to returning!

The reach has a beautiful location at the southern part of Key West. Everybody’s attentive to your needs. Everything‘s well maintained. The only thing we would request is a microwave in the room. Rosita took care of our room every day. She’s super sweet and very thorough! Thank you!! Management must recognize her :-) we will come here again!

The Reach is a good option when looking for a clean and convenient place to stay in Key West. The rooms are nice and basic. It is an easy, safe walk to museums, shops, galleries, and restaurants. The beach is really beautiful and clean. The pool is nice. However, If you are hoping for a luxury property, you might be disappointed. The bedding and towels are lower-end. The walkways and elevator lean a little, "parking garage." Beware of this: In the middle of our first night, the ceiling light went on unexpectedly at midnight, and the fan went off. I thought it was on a timer of some kind, and the front desk asked the engineer to come and check it out. The engineer told me the remote from neighboring rooms can control the lights in my room. He then said he could disconnect the overhead light in my room, so that it wouldn't happen again. I talked to the manager about this, and he was very concerned. He gave us a credit to help with some of the room costs, which was appreciated. Also, be aware that the breakfast is super duper overpriced, even with the "breakfast included" options. The waitstaff is good and the view is lovely, but I would definitely opt for breakfast at Moondog (an amazing local place) over eating at the hotel.

The property, beach, pool, restaurant, bar, maid service and all of the staff were all terrific. For Key West, the beach is top notch. Our room is the only thing that held back a 5 star rating. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Our “Ocean View” was marginal for the extra cost. The room had no chairs and the air conditioning didn’t hold the temperature very well. My biggest complaint was the dumpster was nearby and we could smell garbage on our balcony. I would recommend asking the staff when checking in for a room not along Simonton Street. Despite the shortcomings of the room, I would stay here again.

We loved staying at The Reach. We have a beautiful room overlooking the ocean! The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly. The key lime pie from the restaurant was delicious. We enjoyed that we could walk to all the sights.

The Reach Key West is the perfect location. Walkable to all bars and restaurants The private beach is amazing. The hotel restaurant has excellent food and drinks and live music. The team members are amazing and most have been at the hotel for years. Home away from Home.
