I want to personally thank your team at The Reach Hotel for making our Presidents Club work event such a wonderful experience. I had the pleasure of working with Mayrell Jakubowski, Chip Willis and Annie to name a few and they provided exceptional support throughout making the entire process seamless and enjoyable. From start to finish, the level of service and attention to detail truly exceeded our expectations. Our team greatly appreciated the accommodations, the thoughtful amenities, and the overall hospitality that made our stay both productive and memorable. Personal an der Frontdesk war sehr unfreundlich. Die Ausziehcouch war leider für die Kinder nicht fertig gemacht. Der Angestellte Chuck war zuerst nicht bereit dies zu machen. War im Gespräch unhöflich, meint zunächst er habe keine Decken und Polster mehr, weil die Hausmädchen nicht mehr hier seien und dies nicht seine Aufgabe wäre. Erst nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung war er bereit uns Decken und Polster zu Verfügung zu stellen. Solch ein Umgang ist ein absolutes NOGO.

The location. It was easy and within in walking distance to downtown. Beach was clean. The bar was nice when we sat there. Happy hour prices and options were great. Breakfast was great.

I was not impressed with he pool staff. We brought in our own cooler which apparently was a no no. The server/waitress in the pool area couldn't mention it to us that we couldn't have it in there. She called security. A simple sorry you can't have this in here and we would have been ok. MIND you no signs are posted that you can't. THEN.... not once did she offer us a menu OR ask us if we wanted a drink OR anything. We left the pool and left the resort and spent our money in town on drinks and food. Very disappointed in the communication and service.
