I had a very pleasant stay at Ville 14 Hotel. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a calm and welcoming atmosphere that made my visit enjoyable. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional hospitality of the receptionist, Mr. Ibraheim. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. He handled everything smoothly and always made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. His friendly attitude and willingness to help with any request made a big difference in my overall experience.
