The hospitality of the place, Mr.Ibrahim is very helpful as usual. All staff is friendly and very helpful. The breakfast experience is new,and its good,just water need to be served during breakfast.

Great stay

Just wrapped up another wonderful stay here! This isn’t my first time, and it definitely won't be my last. If you’re looking for a place that’s clean, cozy, and right in the heart of everything, this is it. The rooms are huge (mine had a little kitchenette and garden which was so handy!) and the whole place feels so fresh and welcoming. Also it's super convenient that they have on-site services like dry cleaning and even a barber—you literally don't have to leave the building. A massive thank you to the staff, especially to Mr. Abdelhamid and Mr. Ibrahim, for their exceptional hospitality. They truly made me feel welcome and cared for. I’d also like to give a special shout-out to Chef Rashad at the rooftop restaurant—his food is truly outstanding. Every dish was incredibly delicious and prepared to perfection. Great value for money and a 10/10 experience every time. Can’t wait to come back!

It was cleaned well.

The cleaning was done well but the furniture is old and the room smelt very musty. Shower has brown stains and the walls are peeling. For the price its ok if really needing a place to stay. The breakfast was below average and took very long to come. Overall okay but very outdated and the TV didnt work properly.

The place is comfortable, and the staff is very welcoming. Ibrahim, in particular, takes great care of us. Everything is conveniently located, and the cleaning and housekeeping are excellent. The value for money is also very good, as you won’t find a good a place at these prices. If you’re traveling with children, this is the ideal choice in terms of space, accessibility, and hospitality.

Well, it’s not a five-star or four-star place, so don’t expect luxury. However, it’s comfortable and looks good. It’s located near everything in zaid , and you can take an Uber for a 5-10 minute ride.
