JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort

We went to the hotel to have appetizers and drinks at Tesoro We valet parked and they said get you ticket validated after you are done and the parking will be free.We went at 5:00 and they said the restaurant was closed for an event that night and said we couldn't go there They directed us to the bar at the beach and we had food and drinks and spent $200. We left and got our car and they said we had to pay $28 because we didn't eat at Teroso We explained we could not eat there because of an event and showed them we spent $200 and they said SORRY,but you didn't eat there so you must pay I am a loyal Marriot customer and will now think twice about staying at a place where what they did I consider a bait and switch tactic I have never been more disappointed

Very nice hotel. We stayed in the Sirene section. Staff helpful. Decor tasteful. Jacob on the beach was particularly attuned to our needs. Overall very nice place to relax.

Enjoying our stay Beach is beautiful… and huge. Jacob provides wonderful service at the beach each day. Sunset views are incredible and plenty of options for food and drink on property

We had requested a high floor room months ago when we booked , when we checked in we were given a high floor room and were told the room was not ready , no problem , we got a text the room was ready , 5 minutes later we get a call the room isn’t ready and they changed our room . When I asked which floor , I was told we can’t tell you that till you check in at the desk , when we got to the desk we were given a room on the 3rd floor , when I said that will be loud , I was told none of the convention events will be outside of our room , for all of our 3 night stay there were convention activities right below , it was a loud stay to say the least

Great day at the beach with the kids while husband on business trip. Mansa was amazing at helping us with chairs and umbrellas and anything else we needed. Beautiful beaches.

My husband and I stayed at Serene, the adults only section for 5 nights. Beautiful property! Loved that you were guaranteed chairs at beach and pool which eliminated the morning race to save seats at the pool. We did have breakfast included, which was a nice option. Violeta and Jack at the pool were the best! Only disappointment was the view from our room. We booked partial gulf view (which we typically do) but unfortunately we were so far back and the view straight on was of the beach elevator and no direct morning or afternoon sun. (Room 6003) booked based on website photo that looked bright and sunny. Overall, love the property, service was great and we will definitely return!

Much more expensive than our typical hotel stays (nothing else was available) but the extra money was well spent. All staff members were courteous and service driven and the furnishings were spotless and new. I felt that this resort was like a high class casino hotel with a beach attraction instead of the casino.
