Gute Lage, ruhig, großer Parkplatz, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal bei Rezeption, Frühstück und Bar. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück. Fairer Preise in der Bar. Leider war das Wetter zu schlecht, dass wir die Außenbereiche bewerten können.

Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet! Man würde sowas in Italien gar nicht erwarten. Zimmer und Balkon sind grosszügig, Betten sehr bequem.

Die Mitarbeitenden an der Reception können nicht alle Englisch und die Infos waren nicht immer vollständig korrekt.

All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room was superb and all facilities were of an excellent standard and maintained to a very high level. The location of the hotel and the views of the lake/mountains were outstanding.
