Great service and beautiful pool and sitting area

The breakfast buffet was excellent with a variety of food choices. DistKrit7 is an excellent and relaxing restaurant with friendly and helpful staff. Loved the desserts. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

The property was well kept, friendly staff and clean. I do have a major complaint that is the maintenance of the jacuzzi. I have been suffering a very bad rash all over my body. Diagnosed with PSEUDOMONAS AERUGINOSA. which is commonly known as hottub folliculitis. Three doctors later, antibiotics oral medicine and topical cream,2weeks later I am slowly getting better. Where are the cleaning and maintenance records? How often are they disinfected? Chlorine DOES NOT kill this bacteria.

Very hip hotel with plenty of parking. Bed comfortable. Staff is very helpful. I checked in very late in the pm and did not have any issues. There is a Starbucks in the facility that opens in the am. Easy access from the highway and the location seemed safe for a solo traveler.

AC was off when I arrived, and the room smelled pretty bad. Went away once turned on. The fitted sheet was inside out and did not entirely cover mattress.

Check out time listed on Expedia is noon. The hotel staff did not want to acknowledge a noon check out and insisted it was 11:00. They finally granted a "late" checkout but it took a lot of effort.
