The lobby was clean, & overall nice. The staff during ((CHECK INN))!! was friendly.

There was party next door from me & I heard EVERYTHING!!! It went on for hours. I tried reaching the front desk and someone kept picking up & putting the phone down. I then decided to call customer 1-800 & after a 30 minute wait I was informed the representative also was unable to reach anyone at the front desk. I couldn’t just leave my room being I had 3 small kids under the age of 10 in the room at 3:00 am. We didn’t sleep at all. The walls was way too thin. The room was clean but smelled very old as if a dog was previously in the room.

Clean comfortable room in nice hotel right off highway and easy to get to I would recommend this hotel.

Air conditioning in wall pointed toward desk not most of the room so took longer to get and stay cool.
