This hotel has a great loation, close to the water. It has nice rooms with comfortable bedding. The restaurant and bar is exceptional. The finest center waxnecer crowded and kept very clean. There is a water dispenser on the 1st and 3rd levels. The self laundry is clean and works well.

Lovely large room. We were on the 16th floor so it was quiet. Breakfast was really good and the service professional and friendly. Not all room rates came with a cooked breakfast so be sure to check. The elevators ran frequently so we didn’t have to wait. We were catching a cruise ship which told us that they were meeting there so we didn’t shop around for convenience but we walked to an excellent restaurant so that worked out well.

I try and stay here every time I travel to Portland, which is about once a month for work. The staff is always friendly and , the rooms are comfortable and clean. The location is perfect and central to everything and the proofreader pub is fantastic. All the way around favorite spot to stay.
