This property offers a nice place to stay in downtown DM. It is on the corner and has valet & concierge service. They kind of expect everyone to valet when you arrive to check in (you can check in ahead of time, also!). There are many parking ramps just a couple of blocks away and the max is only $10 each day! Also, there is street parking with meters. If you do not have the bellhop help with your luggage, do not expect to use their dolly. Just carry your things yourself. The lobby offers a bar, the helpful staff, and plenty of places for you & your group to gather (we utilized this late at night after my son's wedding--staff is awesome about ordering pizza & bringing down your own drinks & snacks). The room was very nice & has a fridge, but no microwave. I requested one & they delivered it that night! The fitness room is AWESOME--best I've experienced with a hotel! One downfall was that they asked upon arrival if I wanted our room cleaned every day & I answered, "yes". They did not comply until I complained. They did bring us towels very quickly. This hotel was PERFECT for our needs. Would highly recommend.

"They need NEW BEDS!!!!!"

Staff is very nice; beds are VERY uncomfortable! I've stayed here twice same experience! PPL slamming door all night unfortunately I could hear everything all night, so I got no rest. Hopefully they purchase new beds! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
