"Too pricey for the actual room.$900 2 nites"

Our floor #23, the ice machine didn't work. We didn't have access to a microwave, coffee maker, bottled water, or snacks in the common area by the elevators, all other floors did. Beds were so low to the ground as was the toilet. It was like being in an elementary school bathroom. Very low water pressure in the shower. Service was 100% top tier

It was just very over Booked kind of understandable due to the fact that I found out when we got there were a couple events going on, room service food is very over priced as well as the snacks and beverages bar in the lobby, cheaper to go to the gas station, other than that the rooms were clean and staff was friendly tried to work with me not having my physical ID on me, the pool was supposedly heated but it was pretty cold, breakfast was pretty good

We stayed just one night but this hotel is by far worth every penny. Clean, quiet, spacious, and the staff was very kind, helpful and courteous! Valet parking fee is weel worth knowing your car is secure and you can come and go with our paying for parking over and over. Will stay here again.

The breakfast would be better if included with the hotel stay. The bed was nice and comfortable. View is beautiful! The room was nice and cozy. The shower was great with good water pressure!

The property is old and outdated. The breakfast was gloomy and a ghost town. The elevators took ages to summon. The location of the hotel is great. The work desk in the room was great.

Beautiful hotel, great experience. Stayed for the Weekend to Remember conference sponsored by Family Life - April 4-6. We had a nice room on the 26th floor. Comfortable bed, nice linens, nice bathroom amenities. The chair in the room could have been more comfortable as we watched some NCAA basketball in our room. The bar area was nice with good service and food served. Nice conference facilities for the Weekend to Remember conference.
