We were kept up for 2 hours from 11:30 pm to around 1:30 am due to an irate customer that was threatening to cause bodily harm to someone else. One of the worst experiences we have ever had staying in a hotel. I was actually afraid for our safety. Very very awful & disappointing because even when security was called nothing was done to rectify the situation!!!

Nice properly, clean, easy to get around, nothing too fancy. Food prices seemed.fair. The pool.and hot tub looked decent. The.only down side that I experienced is that most of the employees aren’t very friendly. Real snappy! There was a friendly gal at the Rewards area that was nice, and a cook at the snack bar that was decent. That's two, out of about 8 interaction were somewhat friendly. Everyone else made it seem like you were bothomg them.
