I had a great stay for a few days with friends. Check in took way too long. Bathtub filled up while the shower was running, but overall not a big issue. Front desk started a work order for when I checked out. Overall excellent restaurants and a nice place to visit. This was my second trip here.

Not much else other then casino and the pool. About 45 from.detroit lakes. We wemt for the casino but not much else to do.

Not enough customer service workers to check in the guests. Stood in line for more than 40 minutes before being helped. When they have a concert venue scheduled they should probably have more help on duty. Check in is at 4 pm and a customer pays to be able to check in at that time if possible. Not almost an hour later. The lady was fantastic that heloed me when I finally got waited on..

Beautiful well appointed home in a quiet wooded secluded location. There is ample space in this home for everyone to be comfortable. Very many thoughtful touches in this home, it feels more like your own home than an impersonal rental. If I am ever in this area again I hope it is available. I highly recommend this home.

On vacation as adults no one wants to hear a crying baby all night , but that’s exactly what happened Friday night so as a mom i could not sleep, to make matters worse the beds suck! The mattresses must be as old as the hotel and have never been flipped because there’s literally ruts in them… so make that 2 nights of no sleep in what was supposed to be a relaxing getaway. When I complained nothing was offered to fix the issues just “oh sorry” from the front desk staff.

There aren't other options in town, so I need to stay there. Everytime I stay, there is always hair in the shower. There was no toilet paper holder. I could hear everything the people next to me were saying and they weren't talking loudly. I had to wear earplugs.
