Shooting Star Casino & Hotel

The property was clean, and staff was a huge help.

Property ok but asked for room close for walking with walker; gave us the farthest away from hotel desk and casino. Could not be walked with walker. Asked for closer one; told they couldn’t because I booked through Expedia. It was the day needed so too late to change or cancel! Very disappointed!!

It’s isolated and convenient

The rooms were very plain and dingy beds not comfortable. Hard to find . Pool area was not monitored with many children in the hot tub . Food was ok we were in the main hotel maybe the other part is better

Excellent given the rate they charge. Very nice. Will stay again when in the area for work

Stayed overnight with my wife. The check-in process was quick and easy. Getting to the room is a bit of a maze but we've stayed here before so we are used to it. The room itself was just ok. There was half a dozen flies in the window buzzing around the whole time. One of the hand towels looked to be left over from the last guest. The shower pressure was lackluster. The corner of the room was oddly empty even though it was a perfect size to put a lounging chair. The bed was comfortable, pillows worked well. Overall a very average stay but there isn't much for options in town.

The hotel and casino are all by them selves. There are NO dining options with in 40 miles of the place, Only place to eat is casino and prices alittle high, All else good. It is out on an aisle by itself

Power went out overnight, took hours to get it back. Room appeared to be unused, bathroom dirty

It wasn't very clean. It doesn't seem to have insulation in walls between rooms. We could plainly hear the conversation of the people in the room next to ours. The ice machine doesn't work; ice was NOT available. We were so glad it was only one night and we would never stay again. Overall it was a bad experience.
