Raleigh Marriott Crabtree Valley

My dad and I can to North Carolina for a soccer tournament. We stayed at the hotel and ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant each day we were there. We had Mell as our waitress and she was so nice. I have never met such a nice person. She cared about more than just getting the job done but would engage in conversation, be super hospitable, and would have food ready very fast. Best waitress ever! The rooms were very nice too. Clean and spacious bathrooms as well as a big TV. There was also a coffee maker and mini fridge in the room. The lobby was nice but kinda loud. Overall the hotel was great. Would come back.

Great customer service. Very personable. Jennifer Collado is a wonderful server/ bartender. Very attentive and funny. Everyone loves her. Works well with all her coworkers. 500.500

Weird people hanging around the front and in the parking lot.

2nd year & our family enjoyed the Thanksgiving Brunch Buffet in Grand Ballroom. The Best sides were to die for. Herb dressing was a 2nd dressing made..super moist. spaghetti squash, mash potatoes, asparagus tips, garlic green beans "💯", Mac & cheese , turkey & prime rib roast 😋. Grilled vegetables in salad bar areas " Nice". Great server & Manager Erica Fisher "EXCELLENT" visiting & greeting everyone. Check in counter for RSVP Brinch, Bartender, Server, Chefs carving station were AMAZING. WE WILL RETURN 2026.

Mell is an amazing waitress and employee. We like her. Give her a big raise. The hotel here is very nice and our breakfast was delicious. We will definitely stay here again in the future when we visit our relatives in Raleigh , NortCarolina

While I may not stay at the Marriott each visit, I do try to visit the restaurant. Why? 1. Going downtown is a pain and the mall is crowded. Braised is easily accessible, plentiful parking nice sized facility and wonderful staff. Last night it was Justin and Jennifer. Both professional, attentive, funny and a joy to be around. So...Great staff. 2. Great food, I have never had a bad meal, food is priced to compete/beat other restaurants in the area and by far the ambiance is tops in the area. Great food. 3. Great food and service with excellence convenience.

We had breakfast in the lobby and Mell was such a fabulous server. She was very attentive and sweet. The food was delicious and was served in a timely manner.
