Raleigh Marriott Crabtree Valley

This place is one of the most hospitable hotels I’ve ever been to in my life. The staff is amazing, caring and compassionate. Tegest and Jennifer are amazing at breakfast and the bar, Benjamin at the front is the man. Daytrell holds down the fort like a boss. Mary, Rebecca and Darby are very passionate front desk employees and good at there job. Would highly recommend.

We had an excellent experience that was enhanced by the bartender Matt B.! He made us feel right at home! I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Our waitress Mell was very kind and professional. It was a great way to start my mornings giver her a promotion she is a true asset.

I’ve been executive platinum for 20 years. I tried to work out in the gym, and apparently I have to pay $10 for Internet because they don’t have any signal down there. I’m going to sign up with another hotel for their rewards program. I need to find a chain that doesn’t gouge you for dumb things like this. I don’t think I’ll ever stay in another Marriott again, I’m just tired of this Bs over and over again. This is aside from the fact that the room has stains all over the floor.

Mell, my server at BRAISE Contemporary Southern restaurant inside the Marriott was lovely! I was here for a conference and got lunch there both days. She was so polite and attentive. She truly made my experience at Marriott even more pleasant! Lovely hotel, lovely folks!
