It was my Dad's birthday and a cake had been provided which was a lovely touch Size of room was amazing for me and my Dad perfect in every way and the amount of storage was so good. Breakfast was plentiful Staff on reception very friendly and helpful There's was normally a lift waiting for us on the Ground Floor which was a nice touch

I had booked a Premium room as it was a special occasion and everything was great apart from the location of the room unfortunately it was at the front of the hotel with only a view of the other buildings on the road and it was quite noisy from traffic and emergency vehicles... if i was to stay again i would pick the same type of room but actually look to have a room not facing the road. Some colleagues working at breakfast were focused on their job and really didn't greet or smile at the guest which was a shame. Location it was a little further away than i had thought when i booked but we got used to the walk from the main attractions.

Overall Verdict: A great place to stay with excellent amenities, though vegan dining options are limited. The Stay: 6 nights (Business trip) Pros: Excellent Location: Conveniently situated. Top-Notch Service: Highly courteous staff with quick check-in and check-out. Great Room Setup: Very comfortable bed and pillows, plus a well-stocked mini-bar. Nice Touch: The room featured a cozy corner with two armchairs, a table, and a dedicated reading light. On-Site Dining: Convenient café and restaurant located right inside the hotel. Meeting Amenities: I attended business meetings here, and the service was great—adequate coffee and snacks were consistently on offer. Cons: Limited Vegan Options: The restaurant menu lacks vegan variety; staples like vegan pizzas or burgers were missing. Note on Accessibility: My room on the 7th floor required walking up a couple of extra steps. This was not a deal-breaker for me, but it could be an irritant for older guests or travelers with mobility issues.

temizlik çok kötüydü , odamızın temiz olmadığını söylediğimde resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar hızlıca odamı değiştirdiler ancak oda yine pisti , buna karşılık özür mahiyetinde cafeden tatlı ve içecek ikramları oldu . ancak bunlar eşimin toz alerjisinin önüne geçemedi.
