Radisson Blu Béke Hotel, Budapest

Stayed 3 nights. Not a good experience. After a long hot day walking we came back to the room to shower and sleep. No hot water in the shower. We were offered an even smaller room - not ideal for 2 adults and a child. Perhaps another room would be available tomorrow so we stayed put. The next day reception hadn’t been notified of no hot water in the room and weren’t aware of the problem. The water returned by itself so we stayed. The room was very basic and cramped. Room service at night was very limited and even at that what I ordered wasn’t available. Every night I was woken up by banging doors. The beds are ok and pillows are uncomfortable. It’s basic and surprising for a 4 star. The location is quite good. Half an hour to the river.

The hotel was lovely. The room was clean, modern, and neatly arranged, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was well worth the 19€ each. The location about a 17 min walk to the centre and close to the trams and metro. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast staff were amazingly efficient and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Lokalizacja moim zdaniem słaba, wszystkie atrakcje miasta są w drugą stronę więc po całym dniu chodzenia powrót do hotelu był mega męczący. Śniadanie to duży wybór ale większość była średnia. Albo zimne albo suche, np gofry:( a 19 euro za porcję. Miła obsługa, ale poprosiłam o kawałek ciasta dla mojego chłopaka z okazji urodzin i powiedziano mi że będzie na nas czekał po sprzątaniu i go nie było, musiałam dzwonić co kompletnie zepsuło niespodziankę Działa tylko jedna winda i powrót ze śniadania trwał 15 minut.
