Excellent from start to finish. Hollie son reception was lovely. Room was quiet, clean and the shower was powerful and refreshing. USB plug in room for phone was a bonus. Breakfast was stunning. Definitely stay again

"Noisy hotel"

Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. Room was good. However, it was extremely noisy. Music blared until 1am and then the noise of people shouting outside meant I didn't get any sleep till after 1. Also the hotel is right on the main road so if you get a room to the front noise of traffic is pretty bad.

Lovely hotel , staff very friendly and helpful. Room very very hot . ( but weather was too!) . Fan in room may have helped ??? Only one bath towel . But not complaining!! Really enjoyed our stay and we have already booked to come back on two more occasions. Thankyou to the team at the hotel !

An amazing stay ! everything first class - this was our 1st outing in a very long time because of all the restrictions and it couldn't have been a better choice The room absolutely amazing & spotless - outside garden area delightful - staff so friendly & helpful - breakfast one of the best !! thank you Team Kirkfield will will be back for sure

Very welcoming and friendly. Excellent facilities - 2 good bars, restaurants and outdoor large outdoor beer garden. Rooms very clean, all new. Breakfast excellent.

"Great getaway for foodies! "

Lovely atmosphere, massive room, really friendly service and the food was wonderful- Had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and both were top class. Definitely a recommendation for foodies.

" A great place to stay"

The Kirkwood is a great place to stay if you want to be near to metropolitan activity but don’t wish to stay in the centre. A lovely old building that has been fully renovated and staff that are fantastic!
