"Dog friendly"

Comfortable rooms and dogs are allowed so my pup was able to stay in the room with me. Beds are comfortable. Room is spacious. Location is good with plenty of stores nearby. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Potty area avail for pups and clean up bags provided.

The carpeting in the room was sticky to walk on. Felt dirty. Obvious repairs to vanity. Door knob to bathroom was loose. No elevator to the floor with the rooms where dogs can stay. Dogs not allowed in pool area, even if they're service animals. $20 fee for dogs not disclosed when booking.

"Nice accommodation, disappointing shuttle van service"

I signed up to be taken to the airport at 4:30 a.m. but a driver never showed up. I waited an hour but then had to drive my rental car (not an airport rental) and barely made my flight. I left several phone messages. None were answered. It was quite irresponsible and unprofessional.

There was a rat in the swimming pool and I was not offered any kind of apology or compensation. I was treated very poorly after I took the problem to staff.

I should get a refund.
