Clean. Staff was professional and courteous. Pool was nice.

Our room Tub drain was clogged. Toilet flushed really slow. Gym needs serious upgrading also was super hot in the small gym.

Location...but an accessibility to anywhere is easy

They did not have complementary breakfast. The toilets did not work. The AC was broken and the TV did not work. I noticed the TV didn’t work in the morning because we were running late to our concert in immediately knew the AC and the toilet did not work. They had brought a maintenance person and told us that when I was at the concert they were going to move us in a different room due to the conflict when we got back to the hotel they didn’t exchange our room and we still had to stay in the same room so I got a refund but they only refunded me half of the value of the room which I thought was absurd knowing that I paid almost 300 for the room that night because of the concert in that room was not legit to stay in, but we came in at 1 o’clock in the morning and we had a child with us that needed to go to bed and The. They had no elevator in the pool for the next morning. They told us that night before that we could use their pool facilities and then the next warning we went down and it was closed up so we really did not get a full good stay there, but yet they refunded me half of my money back.

Overall, I would never go back because I didn’t correct the problems that were addressed and then never removed my room and there was no elevators and it was kind of dirty and I booked the room because of the pool and yeah, it was closed the next day and there was no complementary breakfast for the price I’ve stayed in nicer places for less money with complementary breakfast

I liked the price, location, clean grounds, clean rooms, with soft, bright white linens and not so much as a speck of dust on the surfaces. (Yes, I always check.😂) The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The Blue Sky lounge was reasonably priced, had a nice menu & the food was good. Loved the huge TV in our room, too!

If you're by yourself & disabled, gaining access to the building could be tricky. Although there's handicapped parking, access to the building is limited, especially via the guest doors. The main entrance and Lobby are easily accessible. This information should be CLEARLY stated on all advertisements, and handicapped accessible rooms should not fall under "special requests". I called Bangor Grande to confirm the reservation, as I usually do when booking through a 2nd party. I mentioned that I was disabled, and I can't use stairs. Fortunately, the young man I spoke with was able to change the accommodations to the bottom floor. It does say "ADA rooms available" on their site, at the bottom of "Accessibility", yet there was no handicapped accessible shower in the room. There's definitely a need for improvements for handicapped access.

Like the entrance in the hotel. The lounge and restaurant and inside the hotel are decent. The deluxe King room that I was eventually moved to was very nice and large.

The photos that they have online do not accurately represent the rooms. They showed a king room with a separate bar with a couch and two chairs and Ottomans. When I arrived they tried to give me a room with only a couch and the square footage that was stated was 350 square feet my room was much smaller than that originally. The cleanliness of the first room I was in was horrible. The second room that I moved to that I finally was able to get them to move me to because there was stains on the mattress cover was cleaner but the furniture needs to be clean. The carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced.
