Sheraton Louisville Riverside by Marriott

Always a good place to stay.

The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, which made the stay more pleasant. However, the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The water in the room was brown, the floors were stained, and overall the room did not feel properly cleaned. Improvements in cleanliness would greatly enhance the experience.

Room was clean, beds were comfy and the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was great and having 2 other restaurants attached to the hotel was nice.

The location is convenient to downtown Louisville. The staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was good. The hotel could use some updating (peeling wallpaper and stained carpets) however our room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Good for a night. Bathroom shower was dirty.

Our room had mold on the ceiling and the shower is simply too small and dirty. The price of the room does not correspond to the cleanliness and the service. The rooms desperately need a renovation, as it may be truly unsafe for individuals with respatory issues. I would not want to come back again.
