Only place I could get ice was front desk that was inconvenient. But staff was very nice. Also no coffee in Lobby seemed odd

Our door to room was terribly noisy and in bad need of oil or an adjustment. I’m sure our neighbors could hear it each time we opened and closed it. The coffee maker in room did not align with the coffee pod packages provided. It required a call to desk early morning to get a different model coffee maker brought to the room. Would think someone would recognize that different models require different pods and this was an aggravation that your guest should not have to deal with! The room was also very cold and didn’t seem to maintain the temperature even after turning it up to 75! The toilet also had issues each time it was flushed…the water refilling made noise and shut off and on in process of tank refill. Just feels like property is getting a bit outdated and overpriced for the accommodations.

The front desk staff was very friendly. This is an older hotel but nicely kept overall. We had a suite and the beds and bathroom were nicely clean and fresh - but in other areas, the wallpaper was peeling & some ceiling damage in other areas. Furniture was older and scuffed. Couch in outer room was very stained/needs to be replaced. Convenient location for our needs for a 1-night stay - would probably not choose to stay here again for longer trip.

They did a complimentary upgrade when we arrived. Not sure why, but it was nice of them. The property itself is a bit dated, but we had the pool and hot tub to ourselves the night we stayed. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it was affordable! We appreciated the upgrade.
