The hotel was extremely clean and beautiful. The staff was amazing, friendly, and professional. Thank you for ending our trip on a high note that started out as a complete nightmare.

Mattress was beyond uncomfortable and shower facet handle fell off when touched. Front staff upon checkin was not very personable and to charge $4 for a 20 oz bottle of water is ridiculous. First and last time staying g at Sheraton.

I reserved over a month ago a king room with a hide of bed couch when I got here I got a little bitty room with two full beds not what I paid for and no one seemed to care. Also, there were fingernails in my windowsill garbage outside my door, no tissues and no conditioner in the bathroom.
