Sheraton Louisville Riverside by Marriott

The view was amazing. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The suite was carpeted. It was clean but I prefer washable floors. Carpet that been walked on by many kinda gives me the ick. I brought slippers though. Several windows were cloudy. Pictures look like there's a balcony but there's not. Oh, and no microwave in the room. You had to go down to the lobby.

Really like how close the dining options were to the hotel. We were able to walk to several restaurants. The neighborhood was a little industrial looking, however, I did feel safe. I will definitely stay here again if I am ever in the Louisville area.

The only hotel in our experience in the world of 50 years of travel that provide 2 suitcase racks for your stay. Congratulations Sheraton. Lovely stay thanks.

Excellent location and spectacular view of the Ohio River! We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Highly recommend this hotel

It is very out dated. Carpet had stains. Wall paper a d base boards coming off. AC and virw was great

The carpet in the rooms needs to be replaced asap. The furniture is outdated and the wallpaper was peeling off. There was only one elevator working. There were no covers or pillows for the sofa sleeper. There was no cool water only hot or hotter.

Its outdated some but mot terrible. The staff went above and beyond!!

Staff was great and very accommodating. Hank the concierge gave us some business cards for a couple restaurants that accepted them for free appetizers! Both places we were referred to had outstanding food and service.

There was a big, gross, dark looking stain on the floor in the main walkway in front of the bed, the countertop in the bathroom wasn't cleaned and had gross residual water marks mixed with something else all over it. We checked in at almost 1AM after a long drive so I didn't mention anything to the front desk or take photos and we have stayed at this hotel before so it was upsetting because it hosts an event every year that we frequent.
