Our first room they put us in, someone was previously in there, so it was dirty. I tried to get a refund after that, wouldn’t allow me to. Got to a second room, the water was cold, it wouldn’t get hot at all. So I had to take a cold shower. The sink wouldn’t drain properly. It would have been nice to get a refund after being put in the first dirty room. It was a terrible experience

"Nice hotel for a decent price."

Close to Ralph Engelstad Arena, close to a Walmart, and close toajor roadways. Room was clean. Beds are very firm. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Pool and hot tub area look nice. Close proximity to McDonalds, Hardee's, and the 805 Speedway. Would stay here again.

Beds were a bit too firm for my liking. Didn't have a fan or a way to move the air in the room, it would get stuffy, especially at night. It can be a bit loud being right next to the interstate.
