Room and premises were very clean albeit very worn out. Beds were good. Staff was great!

Hotel needs serious upgrades. Definitely shows it's age and has significant wear. The fan in the bathroom was overlooked and very dusty.

We love to choose the Ramada for a staycation mini getaway with our kids because we absolutely LOVE the pool/hot tub set up and such an awesome breakfast in the morning, and staff is always so pleasant & accommodating.

One thing that was a little disappointing was the hot tub was COLD-one of the main reasons for our stay there was to relax by the hot tub and pool but we actually had goosebumps in the hot tub and didn’t enjoy much time in there. The following morning the hot tub was 108 degrees according to maintenance and was painful to even dip our feet in. Temperature was finally adjusted just as we had to check out. Hopeful for a better experience next time as far as that goes. Also there was an event going on and a man out of group of ADULTS in the parking lot urinated all over my car door and proceeded to watch and laugh as I went to open my door handle. Staff didn’t assist much other than give us a bucket of water.
