We are seniors and we were given the room farthest from the front desk with no suggestion that we could drive to a closer door. I walk with a cane and was using it so the staff member could see.that. Our remote for the TV was missing and a new one was brought to us. The gentleman offered to set it up for us - 5 star. The bed was very comfy, traffic noise was bad - we were right next to the freeway. Breakfast was good, staff there excellent. We will not stay again.

The breakfast was great. Has very nice facilities.

I was really shock that they would not clean the room unless you request so. I stayed for 6 nights, complain the sacond day to have the room clean with no luck. I had to stay in my room the fifth day as they didn't honor my request. Had to shower with dirty towels for 5 night. The 6 night I had to complain again as again they did not clean the room. I had to get the housekeeper to do the room and call the manager to do the room asap. Such a nice place ruin by unprofessional staff

It had turned cold and the heater was not working. The staff did find us some blankets so we were ok! Parking lot really worn, but ample parking. Liked that it was off a main road. Room very nice and very clean. Breakfast had a great selection.

the shower water is to hot and we can’t adjust ed it .they should change it. we left the hotel with out bath. and in the pool we notice that stranger can do swimming inside the hotel, they can in or out the hotel.
