No extra towels or communication what so ever took two days to get laundry detergent and staff was rude calling the people who owned it never got a response

Loved my unit!! Very clean and there were a lot of nearby places dining,gas, and activities!

The location was good, but the wristband policy was not presented until we arrived on property as well as having to pay for the parking when I booked it said we had 2 parking spots but I had to purchase a parking pass. Front desk was mild with information. Area was quiet at night and room was clean.

Just needs new mattresses one side of the beds looked like it was sunk in but still slept well

Very large condo resort with roughly 20 floors. Renovations ongoing throughout which is needed. Very large rooms which is nice but had a weird smell

Save yourself the aggravation and stay someplace else. All of the elevators don't work so you will spend a lot of time waiting on them. The AC unit is noisy. Fan in the master bedroom make noise. All the electrical outlets don't work, specifically the one in the kitchen island & in the living room so only 1 living room lamp works. The light in the shower does not work. Only 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 people for a 6 night stay. Bed in master bedroom is low quality, it also make noise whenever you move and no mattress pad. Outdoor furniture was dirty.

The property has gone down hill fast. The staff is not helpful at all. Half the property is closed or down for maintenance. The place is not kept up at all has a whole. The condo we stayed in was dirty the decorations were stuffed in drawers or closets. No one would help with additional toiletries like toilet paper or trash bags. Blinds were broken dryer didn’t work. Overall highly disappointed we stayed at this property 6 years ago and loved it. Definitely not the same place.

I saw a lot of negative reviews for the elevator situation. We did not have that in mid-September except for Sunday morning checkout time- 15 min. We loved the spacious set up of the unit, the pools, and proximity to the beach! Would come back for sure!

Beautiful room we stayed in, ample parking, places to eat and explore on site, fast elevators that felt safe, nice staff.

It’s listed as ocean view and on the beach. It was across and the balcony faced the other way. And theirs is an insanely high parking fee that’s not mentioned til after you book the room. Had several lights that didn’t work in the room
