Mireia was at the reception and was the best! Really friendly, customer focused and she was really welcoming. We felt at home because aside that she speaks German and English, she also speaks Spanish. We came back twice and we love the service, the location and facilities!

The location is amazing and even though its in a busy area, you do not hear anything. The staff was amazingly friendly. The room had a working air conditioner, which is actually hard to get in other hotels.

Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich.

Die Zimmer waren um 16:30 immer noch nicht fertig sodass wir warten mussten bis das Zimmer fertig war. Die Klimaanlage konnte man nicht unter 24 grad stellen sodass man bei 35 grad Außentemperatur im Zimmer nicht abkühlen konnte.
