This was the dirtiest, stinkiest place I have ever been in We did not stay. Lobby smelled like weed. Floor smelled like cigarettes. Sheets were stained and filthy. Curtains with stains. Ceiling falling down. No towels. Electric outlet out of the wall. Door leading to another room was taped shut Iron board was just sitting in the middle of the room. I think a homeless shelter would have been cleaner.

Bed bugs and roaches ever where The 7th floor has them bad. Kicked me out cause of my service dog barking at a man knocking on door very hard.

Staff was very nice and people are nice.

Place is not very clean. Has roaches, spiders, and other bugs. No private microwave in room, downstairs for everyone to use. Didn't have linen or towels we arrived. Lights didn't work. TV remote still didn't work but that didn't bother me because I don't watch much television. Refrigerator was scrappy, had no freezer at all. Not very cold.

Very clean and big rooms everything works as it should very very polite staff at front desk. I actually met three different desk staff members during my stay. They were all angels and so welcoming and understanding with me as I did have a couple small issues upon checking in after driving 400 miles I was so exhausted and realized I was a couple bucks short for the cash deposit required. I admitted I didn’t read the rule closely enough and was unprepared for the situation. The host at the desk was an angel of mercy to me and took what I did have on me for cash and he let me finally get rest I desperately needed. I have numerous medical issues and I was about to drop. I had paid for the room hours prior with debit card but I was driving and missed the deposit required part. And upon checking out, there was a young lady there working the front desk, she let me go up and collect the rest of my belongings from the room 15 mins after checkout time. (Had to drop husband off by 9 AM and then I Got stuck in traffic coming back to the hotel to collect my things so I called first)

There was a couple staying in the room next to me. They kept me up all night long with a screaming argument between them. My husband had to yell and being on the wall we did not call the office because we did not want to deal with drama we just wanted to rest Finally after a couple times yelling back-and-forth. They left the room to argue and we could not hear them anymore, but it was a very bad, screaming argument between a girl and a man like a couples bad fight. This scared the hell out of me because one of my medical conditions happens to be PTSD which I am more medication for it took me forever to calm down enough to get back to sleep.

Front staff was overall nice, very helpful and very respectful. but the overall stay and condition of the place was awful. A/C didn’t work, curtains weren’t fully attached, a hole (maybe bullet) in the only 1 working elevator door. It was a one night stay but just wow. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone

The rooms are in Terrible conditions. The staff not helpful at all. I need to change the room twice because one the bathroom door didn’t open, then the otherone not light and finally when I have one room, a midnight when I was sleeping, people came to my room, apparently the person in the lobby doble book the room I was in. IT WAS THE MOS TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
