The guy working wouldn't let us have our room after we got there at 4am said he didn't have any vacant but there were clearly vacant rooms.. and online it asked us what time we were going to arrive and I told them 4sm it let me pay and everything and then wouldn't let me get my money back

He was very rude

"I won’t be back."

Nothing

No towels. No toilet paper. No ice machine. No wastebasket. No chair. TV didn’t work. There was poop in the toilet.

"I will not stay at that Days Inn again. I have been in very good Days Inn before, but not here."

one bed was very uncomfortable. I could not sleep or even lay down on either side of one bed. Both beds had a king size bed frame under a queen size mattress. metal frame stuck out but hidden by covers. I hit my leg shin on the metal part. It hurt, Breakfast didn't start until 6 AM, No coffee available in the room, so I went to a waffle house. sheets and covers were dirty, holey, and smelled like they had been smoked by other customers for a long time.

People made a lot of noise on hallways and children were allowed to run up and down the hallways upstairs and on bottom halls.

The manager, Patrick, was amazing! Very helpful and endeavoured to make our stay enjoyable. He definitely needs a raise! The cleaning staff manager was rude, cruel towards guests, drunk on duty, making false allegations towards guests and bullied other staff into removing some guests and cancelling their reservations as they would not give her bribes. I advise that this place be avoided until this person is removed.

"Worst experience of my life!!!!! Will never stay there again!!"

They will have your vehicle towed and the whole place is dirty and nasty as well as the staff!!!! The cleaning staff was talking very loud and cussing worse than sailors and they don't care if you have little children it was a total nightmare!!!!! They charged me $25 dollars for my free night. We stayed 2 agonizing nights and not once did they ask if we needed anything!!! Not towels nothing!!!

"Frustrating stay"

no tv remote, no toilet paper, no tissues, no coffee pods, no ice machine. Luckily they found some TP in the back, the others were never supplied.
