The staff was friendly

When I went for breakfast; there was bread and cereal. The orange juice tasted like watered down orange drink. The room was not clean, there were remnants of fecal matter in the toilet and in the bedside drawer were approximately 6 key.cards and crumbs of food. Behind the bedside table were large trash items. Such as lids for juice bottles, plastic forks, and more. The television remote did not work.

It was clean

We did not stay there the room smelled so bad and the lights in the room didnt work .. we were meet at the door by a prostitute asking if we wanted. Company on the way out of the lobby a man asked for money..my husband uses a cpap so eletric was important

Location

There was no refrigerator, no coffee pot, the ice machines were broken, no trash can in the room. The room needed to be sprayed for bugs. The bathtub was dirty. One of the lamps had no light bulb.

There were a lot of things wrong with the room. TV didn't work, the main light didn't work. The shower head was so worn out it sprayed the floor with the moldy curtain closed. You could hear couples fighting and my room smelled if smoke. I asked for a none smoking. Wouldn't recommend staying unless you have too.

My review is not quite fair to the hotel itself. It may have been an exquisite place with impeccable service and amenities. I wouldnt know because when i called the hotel atound 11 pm the night of my check in to let them know i would atrive shortly i was inform there was no room. Available for me even though i had the reservation. Hitel yold me to call thr booking agency who told me to call the credit card company who told me to call the hotel. More than a dozen chats and calls over the next several weeksi was. Still being pushed off for another department to also not help me. I became frustrated and defeated and essentialy robbed. I am currently srill making payments for a service indod not reciev

Bedbugs. Rude lady up front that couldn't figure out how to check us in.

Everything! Dirty rooms, remotes didn't work, stained bedding and towels. No fridge in 1st room, cigarette butts in air conditioner, smelled terrible!! 2nd room, used shampoo on sink, whiskers all over vanity, hair all over bathroom floor, toilet ran loud all night, air conditioning didn't work well. Dirty outside, daughter found a razor blade laying outside on the walkway.

There were bed bugs, no towels in the room, no blankets on the bed. I left after only an hour of being there.

It was great timm i got up and seen a roach crawling on the bathroom counter. First time i had that experience here.
