Cleanliness and close to Mexico City airport. Chefs/breakfast staff team always happy to help and were so kind. Good pastries for breakfast. Located near a supermarket. Clean rooms and staff did their best to help when we needed.

The free shuttle bus did not run on schedule to Basillica but one of the days the hotel staff offered to drop us because it was so late. Breakfast was good but didn’t have much of a selection. Reception had very little information to offer on tours for guests or things to see in the area so we had to do most of the research ourselves

Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y agradables. Además que el personal son muy súper amables, la verdad el mejor hotel para hospedarse si visitan la Ciudad de México. Además que el desayuno muy delicioso y los chef super atentos.
