USUSWouldn’t let me do a early check in unless I went with a raised price and not be able to use my reservation which was cheaper. By the way there is a ice storm and they have available rooms so I was charged 20 more dollars

The owners or the Indian people running the front desk are very rude and unaccommodating, even though there’s signs that they provide excellent service, I found it to be quite the opposite. They were not accommodating when asked for extra pillows. They were not accommodating when asked for towels. We waited hours on end before being able to get any, and we actually had to go to the office to collect them when the room was booked for two people, they only wanted to give one towel and washcloth which by the way both were very visibly stained and not welcoming. We try to transfer to another room. They were in accommodating with that either we had some medical situations going on that warranted us needing more space overall this was a very poor experience. I will never ever stay at this location again zero out of 10 would never recommend!
