The towels and bathroom mat were stained when I called the office that evening I was told I could exchange them in the morning at 10am when the laundry/ cleaning person arrives so we had to use the stained towels that night When I exchanged the towels the next day I noticed some were also stained bad and showed it to the cleaners and was told that's the towels they give extended guests to use!! I've been to a lot of hotels in my 70years of travel and never heard from such I spilled water on the floor in our unit and when I wiped it up with a paper towel it was very dirty the floor is a dark gray barn wood look and it looked clean

USManagers/owners were very unfriendly and had zero customer service skills . Charge five dollars extra for a second key and was also nonrefundable. Had to ask several times for them to unlock the pool gate so we could use it
