Ramada by Wyndham Enid

This property presents serious health and safety concerns. The mattress in our room was severely worn, torn, and sagging, with visible blood stains and a clear handprint, and there was no mattress protector. The condition alone made the room uninhabitable. Additional issues observed throughout the hotel included: Ripped, dirty carpeting Burned ceiling tiles Multiple dismantled or missing smoke alarms Strong smoke odor despite posted no-smoking fines Broken hot tub and sauna controls Rusted pool furniture Filthy ice machine Filthy gym equipment Out-of-order soda machine with signage directing guests to buy bottled water at the desk While in the pool area, I personally witnessed a guest washing her feet in the hot tub with no staff intervention. When I reported these issues with photographs, management directed staff to tell me to leave the hotel rather than resolving the safety concerns and refused a refund. This hotel is not safe for guests, especially families.

Bed bugs. And I’m still trying to get my refund. I was charged for the whole 3 nights. But we moved after the first night due to bed bugs. Still waiting on refund.

The room was very clean and spacious.

The bed wasn't comfortable. It was kind of hurting our backs.

Only the staff and location

Our beds were not clean. There was black hairs in the beds, stained on the bed, like the beds were not changed. When we got into the room, there was candy wrappers on the bed. The bathtub didn’t want to drain and the swimming pool was super cold way to cold for an indoor pool and the hot tub smelled like you were in a toilet.

Breakfast

Tv kept getting hot and losing sound and turning off along with the AC unit staying froze up and not cooling properly and making the room like a sauna and uncomfortable
