The bed was comfortable and its in a good location for what we needed.

The room needs serious updates, the bathroom is disgusting, the shower head was clogged up, no hot water at all in our room and false advertisement for breakfast.

The beds, the nice size room fridge, and the shower.

The room wasn't cleaned well before we got there apparently. There were some nasty stains on mattresses. There were only 10 channels on TV. There were 3 drunk Mexican walking around asking for money and smokes. One of them was recently in a fight and when we went to get ice he walked by my daughter said something smelled good and walked over and smelled my husband. The doors outside were being propped open with rocks even know there was a sign posted said not too. The pool and hot tub were not working but they did not state that online when I reserved rooms. There was no breakfast because they were short staffed and that also was not listed online when I reserved rooms. When we left there was a cockroach🪳 in the corner saying goodbye.

"Would never stay here again, would not recommend, it was grossly and over generously advertised."

Location is great

It was advertised that had breakfast and a pool. The pool was out of service and was supposed to be fixed our first night. It was never fixed. There is NO breakfast. There is a restaurant attached that hasn’t opened. The “lounge, bar, and darts” is not available. It is run down, dark hallways, doors from the outside don’t lock, didn’t feel particularly safe there.
