I loved the staff - they're incredible. Please give them a raise! They're so kind just when I needed it most - they made my stay very comfortable.

It's worn down and needs updating is all.

The breakfast and lobby

Didn't honor the king room. I prepaid and pre checked in when I arrived they told me they didn't have any king rooms clean and tried to push me to take a single queen then told me up sit 30 minutes after 30 minutes told me to wait another 15 while again trying to push for a queen after almost all hour waiting they said they didn't have any kings and I would have to take a queen. The pool and hot tub were disgusting you couldn't see through the water. The elevator is so small you can barely fit 4 people and the staff is rude

Had an online reservationand after 15 hours on the road when trying to check in, was told the system was wrong and they had no rooms, no call or email or notice, no help about another location... I will tell EVERYONE i know to avoid Ramada for the rest of my days.
