Ramada by Wyndham Topeka Downtown Hotel & Convention Center

All elevators were broken

Breakfast was ok.

Main elevators still down. Long walk to north elevator after check in. Unable to adjust room temperature it appeared to be locked on one temperature and not cool enough for me.

When we arrived main elevators were under construction. We had to take a long route around the entire main floor to get to a small elevator that barely fit the cart. Our rooms were dingey, smelled of old smoke, and generally outdated. No outlets for charging phones and old used furniture and carpet.

See above, all of it was subpar for the price and for a Ramada, it was abysmal.

Great breakfast. Great staff and location. Lobby has atrium and lovely area to sit. Loved the historical feel of the building.

Very run down. Pool freezing no bubbles in the Jacuzzi.

It was close to the Topeka Convention Center.

There was only one very old elevator to our floor and kids were using it all evening long. I could hear everyone walk by our room. It wasn’t very quiet.

The breakfast exceeded my expectations. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Food was nice and warm and there is a good selection to choose from.

A little more sugar and milk in the room for the coffee a lot of people prefer more sugar and milk in their coffee or tea otherwise no negative complains

breakfast was really good. parking was great and the staff were very nice.
