Oak Ray Wild Yala

Hotel location has easy access. This is a big property with a nice pool. We stayed in a upper floor room and the view from our room was very nice. Room was spacious enough, very clean and neat. All the amenities were provided.

We had both Dinner and breakfast at this hotel. Food was good. But they do not re-fill the dishes when they are over. I think they only provide a limited quantity of food.

If like us you are staying for a night to go to Yala for safari, then this hotel is perfectly fine! We ate dinner elsewhere but did appreciate the packed breakfast the hotel gave us for our morning safari. The room was fine and had everything you needed, although our room was directly opposite the dining room so curtains had to be shut the whole time. There was quite a few bad smells, damp smell in the room, sewage smell outside etc, but it didn’t ruin our stay.

The staff was very rude and disrespectful. There was no Wifi no one helped us. The hotel was very noisy and very loud we could not relax. The rooms were not as they look in the photos . You better find another hotel and pay a bit more than that.

Close to Yala National Park

If I could rate it a zero I would. We were a family and there was no wifi to do anything. We wanted to talk to our relatives and book tickets for the Yala national park and talk with tour guides but we could not. The staff was very rude and mocked us in our face. We told them more than 10 times that we needed Wifi and each time they said that they would send someone to fix it. No one came as you can imagine. We kept calling the reception but they kept ignoring us and did not even pick up the phone!!!! NOT HELPFUL AT ALL AND VERY RUDE. NOT WORTH IT FOR ALL THIS FUSS. So much noise in the hotel could not find peace.

Nice place, and the pool was clean. Rooms were perfect, too..

The food was horrible, with no taste at all. They don't have any variety for food. We stayed 2 days, and basically, it was the same meal served on both days they really needed to improve with food. .

Good place. Spacious rooms.
