The General Manager, F&B manager were excellent. They are very customer centric and made our stay special.

The hotel needs better maintenance. Staff is doing what they can with what they have but ownership needs to repair the facilities.

The amenities are not repaired regularly hence some need urgent attention. Hotel would attract more guests if the property is repaired and maintained well.

Breakfast was not good. However, the buffet lunch was very good.

I recently stayed at Oak Ray Wild Yala and had a mixed experience that I feel compelled to share. What I Liked: First and foremost, the staff at the hotel were absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. It’s clear that customer service is a priority for them, and their efforts truly stood out during my stay. The hotel itself features a lovely, moderate building style, and I was thrilled with the breathtaking views from my room. The natural surroundings were a highlight of my experience, creating a serene atmosphere that I appreciated. What I Disliked: Unfortunately, my stay was marred by several cleanliness issues. I encountered dirty sheets in my room, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the presence of mosquitoes made it difficult to enjoy my time indoors. I also spotted cockroaches in the bathroom, which was alarming. Despite calling the reception multiple times about these issues, they remained unresolved, leaving me feeling frustrated. The dining experience was another disappointment. The breakfast options were quite limited and did not cater to international tastes, which was disappointing for someone looking for variety. While I appreciated the staff's effort to make amends by offering me two lovely gifts, I still left the hotel feeling shocked and unsettled by the overall cleanliness and dining quality.
