"Friendly Staff, nice hotel."

15 minutes from the airport, and a free shuttle to the Alba Hotel. Nice, clean entrance and room was comfortable. The staff is so friendly and helpful there. We ate at the Spaniard restaurant for breakfast, just okay nothing special. The pool area was relaxing. We will stay here again the next time we get to Tampa.

I like how my room was all the way in the corner to my right . Like I had my own little apartment.

I like how they had their own person to work the elevator. That was new for me . Something you see in tv shows and movies

Location was good. Free parking.

We stayed at room #719 Beds are super uncomfortable, smelly pillows with stained sheets and blanket with a big hole. The toilet tank sometimes stays empty like water system is defective. The bathroom sliding door has no lock and it slides open by itself. Definitely not acceptable. Breakfast not included.
