The pillows and bedding were incredible. There was lots of space around the lobby area and a beautiful outdoor deck.

We were grateful for the shuttle service because there is a lot of distance between where we were going and our hotel

The breakfast was bland and the staff seemed confused all of the time. Way to expensive for what you get and the quality was terrible. There food and drinks are way over priced and the staff could care less about your concerns.

I am someone who lived in Tampa for 20 plus years and realized Once I arrived that this hotel used to be a Crowne plaza. They have changed it aesthetically as well as logistically which works out really nicely. This hotel has a great location. Close to the airport as well as the public supermarket. The rooms are great because they also do have a microwave and a larger than normal size Mini fridge. The downside was the fact that the cleaning staff did not speak english. I think it's very important that they be able to understand when you're asking for them to come back at a later time or if there's additional amenities that you're missing from your room. They did miss cleaning my room one day and when I brought this to the attention of the front desk the staff was knocking on my door almost every 5 to 10 minutes which became annoying. I would still recommend this property because it does give a resort feel even though you're in the inner city elements. It is also close to the Howard Franklin bridge so if you are looking to go over to St Petersburg it makes it more convenient.

The staff at this hotel made our visit wonderful. Maya and Michy at the front desk were phenomenal. They were approachable, professional, and customer focused. When our room location was not what we desired, they went above and beyond to make it right. Jesalyn was very helpful in recommending local eateries and made sure our visit was memorable. The shuttle drivers were awesome as were the bartender and cook that prepared great meals. The hotel amenities were great and the location was convenient to shopping, food, and entertainment. We would definitely recommend this hotel and plan on returning.
