Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Nags Head Oceanfront

Location is great. Hotel is in need of renovation so it is way too expensive for an old facility

Breakfast did not look appealing so we decided not to eat there.

The location was great and there was ample parking. I did not like the barn door on the bathroom as it does not allow for privacy and it did not close completely. The noise from the parking lot and street was loud at times. The door to the outside by the stairs slammed closed. There was a note to hold onto the door but the correct solution is to fix it not rely on guests to do the job.

The location was its only saving grace.

Outdated. The hotel and its rooms need a complete refurb and the whole ground floor stank of dogs. The staff were also particularly unfriendly. Literally the only thing going for the hotel is the beach access.

Front desk staff were awesome. Bartenders were awesome.

Hostess was clueless and slow. We left and ate elsewhere. Door to balcony was difficult to unlock. No broom and dustpan in the room. It's the beach...sand gets everywhere....Come on!!

We loved the Ramada and location.

Our Room was not serviced properly 2 separate days. No clean towels,room not cleaned,bed not made. Two days room was partially serviced. We advised Front desk of concern and room was only completely serviced once after that. Last 2 days of stay was partial serviced..
