"Hotel in decline"

I have stayed here several times in the last 9 years and this will be the last time. The room was clean and other than a torn up carpet near the desk was in good condition . The hallway was hot. The thermostat was a pain to set. Nearly impossible to find a channel on the TV to watch. No early check in available. Staff is not friendly and unhelpful. had to have keycards replaced twice. The pool has never been open any time i have visited. Breakfast had no OJ but was typical mediocre hotel breakfast food. And despite paying for the room in advance the still wanted my card...
