The lady at the front desk last night was amazing! She was so nice and offered candy canes to my kids. The breakfast is always delicious. Rooms are clean and big. We stay here every year while we are in town visiting family. Will be back next year!

"Unfair Situation to Customer"

The check out was very rude. They charged me $40 for a wash cloth that I had makeup on from washing my face and oil on the pillow case from my hair. They didn’t try to wash it first. So they assumed it wasn’t going to come clean and took my money. So, I guess if it came clean, they just keep my money? That’s stealing from the customer.

Staff was exceptional! Complements to all! Room was very clean and room amenities were plentiful. Breakfast was hot and tasty. Did not use the gym, pool was closed (for the season?). Highly recommended!
