"Excellent Value "

Very clean, close to shopping and food. Room was comfortable. Great price and the front desk service was top notch. I’ve stayed here the last two times I’ve come to Alton and it is my go to Hotel now!

"Do not stay here, dirty, old and not very caring staff."

Check in was a poor experience due to the counter person not being very professional or welcoming. Room had dirty carpet with ugly stains that made you concerned to walk around with your shoes off. Breakfast the next day was pathetic, had to ask for coffee to be refilled twice. When requesting coffee and additional food for the breakfast area, the attendant was found at the front desk chatting with co-workers, possibly manger on duty. Both times needed assistance with breakfast request, attendant was found at the front desk talking. Stay at Best Westerns all over the U.S., will not make the mistake of staying at this location ever again. Very poor experience.

I have stayed at this location many times. They added the large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower which is a great improvement that I appreciate. The breakfast is also the best in the area. Recommend this location.
