"Exceptional"

We call this property the old Ramada Inn. We actually stayed at Ramada on our Honeymoon in 1984. It is now a best Western and has been updated accordingly. We always stay here when we come to Illinois to visit from Maui. We love the property and staff but you absolutely cannot beat the free breakfast. Way more offers than any other hotel we have ever stayed at.

The place is a little dated but very clean and convenient. The staff was outstanding. Will stay here again when visiting the area.

I only checked in for 25 minutes before leaving. Tge hotel person was very nice. But the couch has a huge stain on both cushions the tv wouldn’t work with my gaming consel. I had a stroke last year so I have to do certain things and have peace of mind I left. Now I have to go back in the morning to recover by 200$ deposit! Which is ridiculous!

"Not recommend won’t stay again"

Close to the event I was going to for the weekend

It was dirty, blood on the bathroom door and around the tub. No shower curtain provided and the tv was broken so pointed up, along with the AC unit leaking and smelling terrible. I suggest skipping the breakfast as it looked mostly microwaved bacon and watery eggs. Plus I had to put a $200 cash deposit down for the room. Which if you don’t ask for it back they won’t remind you.
